The aim of the mission is the general design of the new Regional Social Campus of Thies and the construction of the 7 buildings that compose it: 4 residential buildings for students, a restaurant-cafeteria building, an administrative building and a health centre. There is also a sports area with outdoor tracks.
The proposal of the campus allows to recreate a university city adapted and focused on pedestrian relations and comfort of public spaces.
This approach also includes sustainable development concepts that favour the creation of microclimates, in particular through plantation management, lattices for ventilation, use of Canadian wells, and open architecture with cool and shaded spaces.
